However, we understand that there may be instances where a product needs to be returned. Our return policy is designed to be clear and straightforward to ensure a smooth process for both parties.
Eligibility for Return
First-Time Opening Video: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must record a video of the first-time unboxing/opening of the product. This video will serve as proof in case of any damage or defect.
Report Damage: If the product is found to be damaged, you must share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send the video via WhatsApp or email to the following contact details:

Verification: Our team will review the video. If the damage is verified, you will be eligible for a product exchange.
Shipping the Return: Once the return is approved, you must ship the product to our warehouse at your expense within 7 working days. We do not offer reverse pickup services.

Quality Check: Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) process. If the product passes the QC, we will proceed with your exchange request.
Exchange Process: After the QC approval, you will be eligible to choose a replacement product. You can select the same product or another product of the same price. If you choose a product of a lower price, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Important Notes
Time Frame: All exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
